Foreststar
Foreststar leaped onto High Stone. She looked around the clearing with her amazing forest green eyes. She took a breath before she said such familiar words. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath High Stone for a clan meeting!" The call rang around the whole camp, beckoning her Clanmates to come and listen to her annoucement. Smiling, she looked down at Alpha, Snowdove, and Dreampaw. She pinpointed the two apprentices. Just marvolous. They will be fantastic warriors.. she thought to herself happily. It was wonderful to lead such a great clan.

Snowdove sat as the meeting was called, waiting for the clan to gather. All the excitment was bubbling inside her and she could bearly keep cool.

Dreampaw
Dreampaw got up silently got up and walked over to the clearing. She sat a few lengths away from Snowdove. In particular, where she sat was close to where Alpha was told to sit. The snowshoe she-cat glared at the white warrior. She had tooken a disliking to Snowdove. Neatly, she wrapped her tail around her paws and looked up at the leader. What will his apprentice name be? she wondered. Patiently, she waited for the rest of her clan to gather around and for the meeting to start.
OOC:// Yes, Dreampaw doesn't like Snowdove. :P

Alpha
Black and bronze fur gleaming in the sunlight, the small cat stood gazing at all the cats as they gathered. The tip of his fluffy twitched slightly in anticipation, though he tried to remain dignified. More than once cats had mistook him as a kit back in Twoleg place--from a distance at least--because of his puny size. He could few curious stares burning into his pelt, but Alpha coolly ignored them, stormy gray eyes flashing a challenge. The snowshoe cat, Dreampaw, was seated close by, though he took no notice. The tom was too excited for this 'meeting' to start already. No one had really told him just what the meeting was going to be about, but no one knew he didn't know.

Riverkit dashed out of the nursery excitedly, instead of staying near it like she was supposed to be. Her eyes widened as she saw the three new cats. She ran up to them randomly, tail trailing behind her. "Hi! Who are you?" she squeaked in a friendly tone.

Dreampaw
Annoyed look that was on Dreampaw's face vanished as a kit came flying out of the nursery to greet the three cats that sat under the High Stone. "Hello, little one. I am Dreampaw. The white cat over there is Snowdove. And the copper-and-black cat is Alpha. He's going to be joining CrystalClan.. hence the meeting," she introduced and explained at the same time.

"Alpha looks like a dog..." Riverkit mused to herself, unaware of Alpha's acute hearing. She circled him curiously, as if checking to make sure he wasn't one. The markings and everything looked like the dogs that she sometimes heard in the stories the elders told.

Crimsonpaw
The dark, russet-colored tom slipped out of the apprentice den, ears pricked as he heard the familiar words. There was a strong Twoleg scent in the air, making him wrinkle his nose a bit. It didn't take him long to see the mysterious kittypet sitting in the center of a gathering crowd. A faint flicker of jealousy rose in him to see so many cats glancing at the small cat. Why a kittypet--and such a tiny one, at that--was in the CrystalClan camp was beyond him. Crimsonpaw padded over, seeing that Riverkit had settled in the front of the group. The faint smudges of black on his pelt rippled as he moved. "Hey Riverkit," the apprentice greeted warmly, flicking his sister's shoulder with his own fluffy tail. "Hello Dreampaw, and...er, Alpha," Crimsonpaw added, hoping he had heard the cat's introduction properly.
Alpha
Meeting all of the cats' gazes evenly, the tom was determined not to show any weakness. Seeing a kit and another cat who looked around the same age as Dreampaw, he nodded a greeting. " 'Lo," he mewed, his tone friendly. He knew that some of these cats probably thought he wasn't much--or maybe even a kit, too--and he had a feeling the dark ginger tom was thinking along those lines. Alpha's whiskers quivered as the kit began padding around him. He had caught her comment, but he decided not to answer. Besides, what could he say? He did look like a dog--Twolegs had seen to that.

Riverkit purred slightly as Crimsonpaw tapper her, but concentrated on Alpha. To Riverkit, meeting a cat that looked like a dog was awesome. She turned to Crimsonpaw quickly. "When he becomes a Warrior and I become an Apprentice, I hope I get to be HIS apprentice!" she wispered slightly. She turned back to Alpha, staring into his Silver-colored eyes with excitement.

Dreampaw
Dreampaw purred with amusement as Riverkit circled Alpha. The kit was obviously interested in the dog-coated tom. The snowshoe nodded her head in greeting to Riverkit's brother, Crimsonpaw, who had just slid out of the apprentices' den. Dreampaw glanced up at the rock where her leader stood. She assumed the meeting was going to start real soon.
Foreststar
Foreststar looked around as more of the cats gathered. Alpha was patiently waiting for it to start. "I made the right choice," she muttered to herself. The brown leader would wait for a few more minutes before she started the meeting.

Crimsonpaw
Once again, a faint spark of jealousy stirred inside him at his sister's words. The new cat, Alpha, had been in their midst for less than a day, and already everyone was captivated--he wanted some of the limelight, too. Having such a close bond with Riverkit, he also had been hoping that maybe he could mentor her himself. But that was a long time from now, seeing she was only two-moons old, and he just a new apprentice. "He doesn't seem that much older than you, though," Crimsonpaw remarked in a low voice, referring to how small the newcomer was. The dog-like cat seemed more like he was about 4-5 moons. But maybe he was mistaken.
Alpha
Warriors? Apprentices? the cat wondered, perplexed. Warriors were probably the older cats like Snowdove, which meant he was about an apprentice, since both Dreampaw and the other cat seemed close to his own age. What other rankings were there? He was certain that the brown she-cat, Foreststar, was the leader though. The kit was staring at him intently, and he gazed back, still mulling over what she'd said. Then hearing the tom's comment, Alpha felt himself tense. He hated being underestimated like that. It was one of his biggest pet peeves.

Riverkit turned to Crimsonpaw quickly. "Crimsonpaw, his size doesn't matter, and even if he is my age, that doesn't mean Foreststar won't make him a Warrior early." she whispered back. She turned back to Alpha, who she then realized was looking right at her. Feeling frozen in place by Aplha's silver-colored eyes, she just stared at him, looking amused.

Dreampaw
Dreampaw's eyes were tainted with jealousy. Alpha was paying more attention to a kit than her. It annoyed the snowshoe very much. Why should I be getting jealous of the kit? Wait.. Why should I even be jealous at all?! she thought to herself. Then she realized why. She already had feelings for the cat! I don't even know him! she argued with herself silently. The CrystalClan apprentice attempted to talk to the cat so she could get a bit of attention from the dog-pelted tom. "Soo, Alpha, are you excited that you're going to be part of the Clan?" she asked, whisking her tail over the semi sandy surface they sat upon.

Riverkit turned to Dreampaw, slightly annoyed. She could tell by the snowshoe's eyes that she was jealous. Riverkit's eyes shown nothing, but she knew something now that she could use to annoy Dreampaw. ALOT.
"I know I'm happy he's joining!" Riverkit squeaked. Her eyes showed only happiness and AFFECTION, and she knew this would annoy Dreampaw atleast a little.

Dreampaw
Dreampaw turned away from Alpha as the kit spoke. The she-cat flinched as she saw the emotions shining in Riverkit's eyes. She just wanted to bat her in the head and send her back to the nursery where she belonged. Growling in fustration, her temper broke. "Stop being an annoying kit and go back in the nursery! Does your mother even know you're out here?!!" she hissed at the kitten, tail lashing. You would think she would feel bad after this. Well, she didn't. She was simply proud of everything she did and said. The only thing she was guilty about was doing that in front of Alpha. She turned back to him. "S-sorry," she muttered, ears leaning backwards a bit.
